Residences at the Aspen Club & SpaThe plan proposes a mix of 19 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,000 sq. ft. Eleven townhomes would be located adjacent to the Roaring Fork River, six would be located within the existing Aspen Club & Spa facility, and two residences are planned next to the new outdoor pool area. The residences will be positioned to leverage the “connection” with the fitness and spa facilities, with architecture (designed by Bill Poss & Associates) that will draw from elements of the surrounding alpine environment.
